‘Knowing Me, Knowing You’ is available as a handsome perfect-bound paperback via Trafford Publishing and in 2 PDF formats.

If you don’t know, PDF (portable document format) is an international standard (developed by Adobe Systems) for publishing online documents independent of application software, hardware or operating system. Which makes them perfect for publishing to a web site from which they can be downloaded and read. Adobe provide a free, downloadable ‘reader’ which you will need to view PDFs. (Click the Adobe logo further down this page to get their free PDF reader!)

Of course, in sensory terms reading from a book you hold in your hands is a very different experience from reading the same material on a computer screen. And a paperback book is much easier to carry around than a laptop! However, PDFs are much cheaper to produce than a book and have fewer restrictions in their production. So not only are the PDF versions of ‘Knowing Me, Knowing You’ considerably cheaper than the paperback but almost all of the graphics are in colour (as against just a handful of the most important ones in the paperback).

                                                                                           Printable or Non-Printable Version?

If you think you would prefer a PDF copy of ‘Knowing Me, Knowing You’, then you need to choose which version you would like. The cheaper version - £4.58 (£3.90+VAT) - is printing-disabled while the slightly more expensive one - £7.64 (£6.50+VAT) - enables you to print a ‘hard copy’ out.

Clicking on your chosen link takes you to a secure PayPal page where you can make your purchase either through your PayPal account (if you have one) or with any one of the credit/debit cards shown above.

At the end of the PayPal process, you will be returned to a Thank You page on this site. From there you can come back to this page or go elsewhere in this site.

In addition to confirmation of your purchase from PayPal, you will be e-mailed a receipted VAT invoice from me along with your user name and password. You should receive these within 12 hours of your purchase. (Please use the Contact page to get in touch if you do not receive my e-mail within 12 hours.)

If you do not wish to use PayPal, then you can send me a UK cheque or international money order in £ sterling made payable to ‘Keith E Rice’. Please allow sufficient time for your payment to clear my bank account. If you provide an e-mail address, I will e-mail you a receipted VAT invoice and password within 7 days of receipt of your payment. If you prefer to receive these by mail, they will be mailed 1st class within 10 days of receiving your payment. Please allow at least 20 days if you are an overseas customer.

Remember: your user name and password will expire at the end of the last day of the month (UK GMT) after the one in which you purchased your PDF. Should you miss that date, then you will need to apply to me for a new user name and password, for which there will be a token charge of £1.18 (£1+VAT).
