22 October 2008, Hull UK: Introduction to People Management with NLP
Marketing, sales, productivity, quality and credit control are all dependent on people and their interactions with other people. That means psychological approaches like Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) are critical to business. Just as they are to any activity or other aspect of human life.

Understanding yourself...understanding others with whom you deal (at any level)...and understanding the nature of those interactions to create win-win-win relationships from which all participants can benefit...these are factors which are fundamental to sustainable success in life.

This one-day interactive course will enable managers and supervisors to significantly improve their people-handling skills using advanced psychological techniques including: Rapport creation with body language, advanced interviewing skills and creating positive perceptions and attitudes.

Workshop for the Chamber Training arm of the Hull & Humber Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Shipping. For further information, please e-mail Carol Gill or phone 01482 611896.

You understand that people are the key to sustainable success. You’ve got a basic grounding in the dynamics of human interactions. Now you want to get underneath the ‘skins’ of your principal workers, discover what really makes them ’tick’ and get them tracked into your main objectives.

This two day interactive course is for managers and supervisors who wish to build on the introductory course and develop a management ethos that will create motivated and collaborative workforces.

This course includes; understanding different attitudes, values and ways of working, creating natural alignments of workers, recruiting and promoting the right people, enhancing project management and workflows, productive conflict management.
