Knowing Me, Knowing You: mastering the Secrets of Sustainable Relationships
The one that is fairly low on science but pretty high on application, this course is aimed at those who simply want to get a little more out of life and out of their relationships - partner, children, parents, friends, etc. Participants will gain a much greater understanding of why they and their relationships are like they are - and what they can do to improve things.
Couples wanting to improve their relationship and/or gain more understanding of parent-child issues will find these workshops particularly useful. Indeed some find it helpful to bring the in-laws/grandparents along!

For Education Professionals...an Introduction to Integrated SocioPsychology
Targeted at Head Teachers/Senior Management, Chairs of Governors and Children's Services Advisors, this workshop programme applies Integrated SocioPsychology to the many and complex relationships in school communities. It considers how motivational systems develop in children, affect their learning styles and and later influence adult relationships. It also takes into account the effects of natural temperament.
The aim of the programme is to enable leaders and managers to spot behavioural patterns at an early stage and to take steps to orient the motivations underpinning behaviour more to the interests of that individual and the school community as a whole.

Structuring Organisations for Success with Integrated SocioPsychology
How to structure an organisation for optimal effectiveness is a perennial subject in the business and management magazines, an ongoing debate in the chambers of commerce around the world and the topic of 1,001 books!
What makes this programme different is the use of highly-advanced organisational development maps by Ichak Adizes and Larry E Greiner, cross-related to sociopsychological tools such as 4Q/8L and the MeshWORKS concept. This provides a unique breadth and depth of understanding of the nature of organisational growth, peak and decline. With this level of insight, leaders can determine what is needed for their organisation to achieve or regain optimal effectiveness. These workshops include case studies and scenario planning.
Aimed at senior decision-makers and business advisers.

Although I provide other training that draws on Spiral Dynamics, Dimensions of Personality, Reciprocal Determinism and various NLP and socioogical and psychological models and techniques, these programmes deliver Integrated SocioPsychology as a cohesive approach to gaining greater understanding of what makes human beings 'tick'. They also enable people - individually or in organisations - to deal with issues that would otherwise would prevent them attaining their goals.

Integrated SocioPsychology for NLP Practitioners
Neuro-Linguistic Programming provides some incredibly powerful therapeutic tools and incorporates models which provide real insight, such as Neurological Levels and Meta-States. However, the range of models taught on most Practitioner and Master Practitioner courses takes the understanding of the human psyche only so far.
This course is for 'NLPers' who wish to develop their knowledge of human nature much further, so that they can use their NLP tools with much greater power and precision.
